What to include in a support request

- Your operating-system and Mimoto app version
- The action you were trying to complete
- The exact error text, if one appeared
- A privacy-safe screenshot with names, messages, and personal details removed
Support should begin with the smallest non-sensitive description needed to understand the issue. Baxnet does not need a private message archive to receive an initial support request.
